Welcome
We hope you love this unique collection of pots as much as we do.
Each of these pots was lovingly hand selected by us from sellers in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
These sellers, of which there are two different families that we buy from, live and breathe these pots every day of their lives. The pots are originally manufactured in Vietnam and then are brought by Vietnamese traders over the border up the great Mekong river to Cambodia. They arrive on the river banks just south of Phnom Penh where the families we bought from have been buying pots for generations with a break of 15 years for the civil war. They now sell the pots from their homes on one of the bustling city streets of Phnom Penh. With mountains of pots stacked outside, you would hardly know there was a house behind, but squeeze through the glitzy Khmer style pots adorning the pavement and you enter a world of hidden treasures unimaginable to the Western psyche. There is room after room piled high, floor to ceiling with pots of every colour, shape and size that you could possibly imagine, and in between the pots are cooking utensils, stoves, living room furniture and babies sleeping. The sellers live amongst the pots almost as if they don't see them any more.
The pots you see on this website are some of the treasures of these Aladdin's caves of the pot world, hidden for generations under cobwebs, dust and gaudy Khmer fashion pots. They are the product of hours of fun, searching and selecting to find some of the most stunning pots we have ever seen. We put them on a boat and sent them here to the UK so you could enjoy them too. We believe they look stunning and will make great gifts and investments in your houses and gardens, and for growing amazing plants and trees to keep this planet healthy, beautiful and green.
These are totally unique pots and once they are gone they are gone. If you would like to buy a pot or a planter please fill in the form below and we'll get back to you ASAP about collecting and paying for the pot. If you are in Leicestershire we'd be happy to deliver the pot for free, otherwise let us know in the additional info box where you are and we can let you know a price for delivery.
Thank you for visiting our site and supporting the Cambodian economy we hope you have a great day.
